How to use it
- Enter your business details and your client's details.
- Add line items with quantity and price, and set a tax rate if needed.
- Click Download PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog.

Do I need an account or sign-up?
No. There is no account, sign-up or email required. Open the page and start using it.
Can I export or download my results?
Yes. Use Save results in the Free forever box to download your inputs and results as PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, or tap Send to phone to share them as a plain-text note (share sheet, copy, .txt file or QR code). Files are created in your browser and include the date generated.
Is the invoice generator really free?
Yes. There are no watermarks, limits or accounts. You can create as many invoices and receipts as you like.
Can I make a receipt instead of an invoice?
Yes. Switch the document type to Receipt; the layout and totals stay the same.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens; pick “Save as PDF” as the destination.
Are my files or text uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you enter or open is sent to our servers or stored by us.
