Frequently asked questions
Is the meeting cost calculator free?
Yes. The meeting cost calculator is 100% free with no limits, no watermark and no paid tier.
Do I need an account or sign-up?
No. There is no account, sign-up or email required. Open the page and start using it.
Can I export or download my results?
Yes. Use Save results under the tip box to download your inputs and results as PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Files are created in your browser and include the date generated.
How is the meeting cost calculated?
Attendees × average hourly rate × meeting length. An annual salary is converted using 2,080 working hours per year.
Does it include overhead like benefits?
No. If you want a fuller picture, raise the hourly rate by about 25–40% to approximate benefits and overhead.
Why show the yearly cost?
A weekly meeting runs about 52 times a year, so small costs add up. The yearly figure helps decide whether a meeting is worth it.
Are my files or text uploaded anywhere?
