How it works

Simple, fast and private

Pick a barcode type, enter one code per line (optionally with a product name and price), choose a label template and copies. Download each barcode as SVG or PNG, or a label sheet PDF that lines up with standard US letter label sheets.

Private by design: everything runs in your browser. Your files and text never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions

Is the barcode and label maker free?

Yes. The barcode and label maker is 100% free with no limits, no watermark and no paid tier.

Do I need an account or sign-up?

No. There is no account, sign-up or email required. Open the page and start using it.

Can I export or download my results?

Yes. Use Save results in the Free forever box to download your inputs and results as PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, or tap Send to phone to share them as a plain-text note (share sheet, copy, .txt file or QR code). Files are created in your browser and include the date generated.

Can I make real retail UPC or EAN barcodes here?

You can generate valid UPC-A and EAN-13 symbols with correct check digits. To sell in most retail stores the number itself must be licensed to your company from GS1, so use the number GS1 assigned you.

Which barcode type should I use?

Use Code 128 for your own SKUs, shipping and inventory labels (letters and numbers). Use UPC-A (US/Canada) or EAN-13 (international) for retail products with a GS1 number. Use QR for links and longer text.

How do I print labels so they line up?

Download the label sheet PDF, open it, and print at 100% or "Actual size" on US letter label sheets that match the template (for example Avery 5160). Print one test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet first.

Are my files or text uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you enter or open is sent to our servers or stored by us.
